Our Programs
Our programs are designed to increase access to mental health care for young people, where they live, learn, and grow. We focus on early intervention, awareness, and practical support to close the treatment gap.
School-Based Mental Health Education
We partner with schools to provide accurate, age-appropriate mental health education. Students learn how to recognize signs of distress, seek help, and support one another, creating a culture of understanding and care within the classroom.
Community Engagement
We organize community dialogues, youth forums, and parent workshops to address stigma and promote positive mental health practices. We also equip young people with lived experience of mental health conditions with practical skills and startup support—empowering them to earn, recover, and thrive.
Social Contact Sessions
Our team brings together trained peer speakers with lived experience of mental health challenges to share their stories. These sessions reduce stigma, open dialogue, and promote empathy, especially among students and educators.
Capacity Building
We train teachers, community health workers, and community leaders in basic mental health literacy and response. This ensures that young people can receive informed support from trusted adults in their daily lives.
Each of our programs is rooted in local context and continuously monitored to ensure relevance, impact, and ongoing improvement.
