In Our Voice Radio Program

Mental health stigma isolates young people, leaving many untreated and unheard. In Uganda, over 80% of youth with mental health conditions do not access care, often due to fear, discrimination, or lack of information. Traditional media campaigns rarely provide authentic, relatable voices that truly resonate with communities.

Our monthly radio series amplifies lived experiences, sparking honest conversations, breaking stigma, and inspiring hope across communities.

What listeners say

As someone who has struggled with my mental health for years, hearing others share their stories on the radio helped me feel less alone. It was comforting to know that I'm not the only one, and it gave me hope for my own journey.
