Youth Panel

At Twogere, we believe that young people should be at the forefront of shaping mental health solutions that affect their lives. The Youth Panel empowers young leaders to influence our programs, strategies, and advocacy efforts, ensuring they are grounded in real experiences and community needs.

 

Panel members serve a term of two years. 

The Youth Panel?

The Panel is a group of young people aged 16–28 who collaborate with Twogere to:

​

Provide insights on youth mental health challenges and solutions.

Co-design programs and campaigns that resonate with young people.

Advise on organizational strategies to enhance youth engagement.

Level of Effort

Duration: 2-year term 

Meetings: Bi-monthly virtual sessions (1–2 hours) and quarterly in-person workshops.

Additional Activities: Optional involvement in events, campaigns, and special projects.

What You Do?

As a member, you will:

Attend bi-monthly virtual meetings to discuss ongoing projects and initiatives.

Participate in quarterly in-person workshops for training and collaboration.

Engage in the development and review of mental health resources and campaigns.

Contribute to research and policy discussions on youth mental health.

Join Youth Panel

We accept applications on a rolling basis. To apply, please submit a brief essay or video outlining your interest in youth mental health and what you aim to contribute to the panel.
