Mental Health Champion
We believe young people like you are powerful voices for mental health. Whether you're in school, at home, or online, you can help create a world where it’s okay to talk about mental health—and where no one feels alone.

Being a mental health champion isn’t about having all the answers. It’s about showing up, speaking out, and supporting others with heart.
Who is a mental health Champion?
A Mental Health Champion is any person who raises awareness about mental health, speaks out against stigma, and supports others to seek help and take care of their well-being.
