Social Hour

We recognize that the work we do can be emotionally demanding. Hearing the stories, struggles, and pain of others every day can be overwhelming, which is why it’s essential to create a safe space for ourselves.

To support our team’s well-being, we dedicate a daily self-care hour, allowing staff to recharge in whatever way works best for them—whether it’s connecting with loved ones, enjoying a coffee break, meeting with our work psychologist, taking a walk, or simply unwinding.

 

Prioritizing self-care not only nurtures our mental health but also ensures we can continue to support others with empathy and resilience.

Outdoor Working Hours

I take this time to step back, breathe, and reset. It’s important for me to not only support others but also ensure my own well-being and that of my team. These moments of pause help me stay balanced and energized, allowing me to approach my work with renewed focus and empathy.
