Peer Support
Fostering safe, supportive spaces where young people can openly express their challenges, build peer connection, and develop practical skills for resilience and emotional wellbeing.
Peer Support Groups
At Twogere, we recognize peer-led support as a vital part of addressing young people’s mental health. We facilitate structured peer support groups in schools and communities, offering safe, confidential spaces where youth can share experiences and support one another.

Each group of 6–8 members is guided by trained volunteer facilitators who use evidence-based tools to teach coping skills, emotional regulation, and confidence-building strategies.

Currently, over 500 young people actively participate in these groups—reducing isolation, fostering resilience, and building inclusive support networks that sustain recovery and wellbeing.
Participants report increased confidence, reduced feelings of isolation, and a stronger sense of belonging. Many also develop healthier coping skills, improved emotional regulation, and greater openness to seeking help when needed.
