It begins with Level 1: School-Wide Prevention, fostering a stigma-free environment where every student gains the literacy to seek help early. When challenges arise, Level 2: Teacher First Response ensures that trained educators provide immediate, compassionate psychosocial support. For more complex needs, our Level 3: Senior Teacher Coordination Hub acts as a central assessment point, managing risk and engaging families.

 

This internal structure is seamlessly integrated with a robust Referral System, bridging the gap between the classroom and specialized health facilities, community workers, and family networks. By distributing responsibility across this ecosystem, we ensure that every student receives safe, confidential, and timely care that leads to better long-term outcomes.
