What the Board Does

Fiduciary Oversight: Reviews and approves the annual budget, financial statements, and organizational policies.

Strategic Planning: Guides the long-term vision and sets organizational goals.

Executive Leadership: Hires, supports, and evaluates the Chief Executive Officer / Executive Director.

Governance and Compliance: Ensures we meet all legal and regulatory requirements as a registered nonprofit.
